Installation of wood burning stove

We found a wood burning stove we liked but didn’t think it would fit our existing fireplace. Alex came highly recommended to us and advised how he could make it possible for us to have the stove. After he safely removed our very old gas fire, increased the depth of the hearth and re-rendered it. The new fireplace and stove look beautiful. We would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Alex, his care, hard work and attention to detail are fantastic and very much appreciated, many thanks!

Inset Stove- great job

Alex installed an fantastic inset stove in my new lounge. Nothing was too much hassle, he ripped out the old gas fireplace (safely), rebuilt the hearth and tiled the entire chimney breast. It looks amazing and Alex did a fab job. I’d definitely recommend him if you a good job done with minimal fuss.

Very Highly Recommended

Alex fitted our gas stove in November last year, and did a fantastic job of removing the old fire and surround, and protecting our existing mantelpiece. He and his colleague worked really efficiently and tidily, and left everything in a very tidy condition. Alex even came back ahead of his other appointments first thing the next morning to finish off the installation. The new stove and surround look superb, and we’d have no hesitation at all in recommending Alex to others.

Excellent service

I highly recommend Alex his quality of work is excellent and he is a great guy, very polite and considerate. Nothing was a problem for him even after we decided mid-way through a job that it would look better by doing things a different way he didn’t moan, just agreed it would be better and got on with it.
